We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand platform, to handle the production and shipping of our products. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to countries where Shopify operates, including France, other European Union countries, and select international countries (over 200 countries worldwide). 3. Shipping Process

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Gelato produces your order at the printing facility closest to your delivery address to ensure faster delivery and reduced carbon emissions.
• Local Production: Gelato’s global network of over 140 printing partners in 32 countries ensures that 90% of orders are produced locally, minimizing shipping distances.
• Fulfillment: Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to the nearest Gelato printing partner, who handles printing, packaging, and shipping directly to you.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight, and selected shipping method. Gelato’s integration with Shopify provides transparent, competitive shipping rates, which are displayed before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

5. Delivery Times

• Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, typically ranging from 2-10 business days after order processing. Gelato aims to deliver 90% of orders within 5 business days.
• Delays: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will provide tracking information where available to help you monitor your order.
• International Shipping: For international orders outside the EU, additional time may be required for customs processing.

6. Tracking and Order Status

Where available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can also monitor your order status through your Shopify account or the Gelato Dashboard. If you have issues with tracking, contact us at nathan@teatimechinese.com.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at nathan@teatimechinese.com with photos of the damage. We will work with Gelato to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with Gelato and our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

8. Title and Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for orders once they are delivered to the address specified in your order.

9. Customs and Duties

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by you upon receipt of the order.
