Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at nathan@teatimechinese.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We regret that promotional items or gift cards are not eligible for return.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement once the return is accepted.

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, as per EU consumer protection laws. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
